I’m looking for 2-3 Newborns!
If you are an expectant mother, I would love to hear from you. I am waiving my session fees in return for the opportunity to shoot your brand-new bundle of joy! There is no obligation on your part, other than to allow me the opportunity to photograph baby before the age of 2 weeks old! I will come to your home, do a mini photo session and provide you with an online viewing gallery.

Why is it so much easier to properly capture OTHER people’s children? I suppose my own are tired of being guinea pigs, and run the other way as soon as they see mom with the camera out. Poor Madelyn will have to tough it out for a bit yet ♥

The beauty is in the details….
Sometimes I process images in color, sometimes in black & white. I love both, and think they both have their special merits. The photoshoot I did with the Clarke boys earlier this week (see below) screamed for color, as we still had some of those rich fall tones hanging on for dear life.
I received a lovely email earlier today from the boys’ mother, asking if it were AT ALL possible to do one particular picture in black & white as it had special meaning to her and her family.
