That’s what has to happen. You have to click. And boy, did we.

Tracey contacted me a few weeks ago, wanting to book a special maternity session as a surprise for her husband Peter. Peter is a member of Canada’s finest, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and they have been stationed up North…..way North…..Gjoa Haven,Nunavut to exact! My father, grandfather and great uncles were all RCMP members, and I even began the recruitment process myself, before fate stepped in.

Long story short,we may as well have been old friends. We had an instant comfort with each other and I think it really shows in the images.

I know I told you a million times during the session Tracey, but seriously, you look freakin’ fantastic.

And, Peter………….surprise! I hope you like.

In the Beginning | Halifax Maternity Photographer

Shannon and her husband Jason are expecting their first bundle of joy this March and I am so excited to watch this family grow! With several sessions planned right up until babe’s first birthday, the year will fly by!

With 8 weeks left until the big arrival,  I only WISH I looked this good during my pregnancies. Shannon, you are stunning.

It was especially sweet to watch Jason, there is already much love for his first child……and first grandbaby on his family’s side ;)

Just a quick peek guys, I’ll be seeing you soon!
